September 2016. Harris Search Associates announces additions to consultant team.
After months of discussions, Harris Search Associates is thrilled to announce the additions to our team of consultants. The combined experience and portfolio of clients and succesfully completed searches continue renewed firm expansion which began in early 2015 with the opening of offices in Dallas and San Francisco.
Eric Christ and his team join Harris Search Associates to lead our research team and will continue his multi-practice search practice. Eric and his team join Harris Search Associates from a large national retained executive search firm and bring the experience of over 300 successful assignments.
Eric is a seasoned executive search professional and human resources consultant with more than 15 years of experience in non and for-profit industries, including Higher Education, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Engineering & Consulting, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Financial Services.
Drs. Jeffrey Towbin, Andrea Lindell, and David Huston have been added as senior advisory consultants to provide insight, national relationships, and additional vetting of candidates on behalf of client institution committees for our health sciences practice.
Dr. Towbin, MD most recently serves as Vice Chair of Pediatrics for Strategy Advancement at Le Bonheur Children's and UT Health Science Center. He previously served as Professor, Chief of Pediatric Cardiology, Chief Pediatric Cardiology Research and Executive Co-Director, Heart Institute at University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Andrea Lindell, PhD most recently serves as Dean of the School of Nursing at Walden University since March, 2013. Previously, Dr. Lindell served as Dean and Professor of the College of Nursing at the University of Cincinnati since 1990 until 2011. She also held the position of Assoc. Sr. Vice President for Academic Health Affairs in the Medical Center.
Dr. David Huston, MD has most recently served as Vice Dean of the Texas A&M University Health Science Center College of Medicine, Director for the Clinical Science and Translational Research (CST*R) Institute, and Professor of Medicine and of Microbial and Molecular Pathogenesis since 2008.
