IIC Partners Marks 25th Anniversary; Chair Sees Growth in Executive Search in 2011
LONDON – IIC Partners, one of the world’s largest executive search organizations, which marks its 25th anniversary this year, sees solid growth in the executive search sector in 2011.
In her New Year message to members, IIC Partners Chair Lim Chye Lian said it was widely accepted that executive search was a barometer of economic activity, and members were reporting significantly renewed business confidence.
“I am delighted that we, as members, begin our 25th Anniversary Year with such a marked increase in search activity globally. I have heard from a great many of our members that there is a real sense of momentum in key sectors,” Ms Lim said.
“And as a global organization of independent retained executive search professionals, we have never been stronger. We welcomed six new member firms in 2010, bringing our total number of offices to 53 in 37 countries.”
Ms Lim announced a full program for IIC Partners’ members for 2011 including an APAC Regional Meeting in Singapore in February, an Americas Regional Meeting in Santiago in March, an EMEA Meeting in Copenhagen in May and the 2011 IIC Partners Global Conference in Chicago in October.
“As well as celebrating our Silver Anniversary, IIC Partners will be focusing on further developing depth and coverage of our global Practice Groups, recognising multi-national client demand. Our brand is gaining significant momentum and this reflects our responsiveness to client needs in a quickly changing economic environment,” she added.
