Since joining Conroy Ross Partners in the spring of 2004, Antara has successfully completed numerous high-profile executive search engagements.  Now a Principal with the firm, Antara is tasked to both lead executive search engagements and help foster a collaborative team environment within the Edmonton office.

She is involved in every aspect of the search process, from business development to research, interviewing, candidate assessment and client management.  Antara has placed top executives for leading organizations in all industries including manufacturing, banking and finance, healthcare, utilities and the public sector.

Antara holds a Bachelor of Commerce, awarded with Distinction from the University of Alberta.  She entered the executive search field in 1999, working for Robert Half International, where her initial assignments in financial services drew on her educational background.  In her current role, Antara developed her personal style of over-delivering to ensure clients receive outstanding service, which in turn leads to trusting and long term partnerships.

Antara is a member of the Human Resources Association of Edmonton, the Human Resources Institute of Alberta, and she holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
