Jeffrey Harris

Jeffrey Harris is the founder and Managing Partner of Harris Search Associates, an IIC members Partners firm where he leads the firm's Higher Education, Academic Medicine and General Management practices.  Mr. Harris conducts senior leadership assignments on behalf of clients that range from higher education institutions and academic medical centers to multi-national corporations on an international basis.

In 2010, Jeffrey was appointed to the Board of IIC Partners as Vice Chair for the Americas.

Prior to establishing the firm in 1997, Jeffrey worked five years for a leading retained executive search firm where he concentrated on senior assignments on behalf of leading engineering, health sciences, private equity and financial services clients.

Jeffrey is the Global leader of the IIC Partners Higher Education/Academic Medicine Practice and is an active member of Association of University Research Parks (AURP), Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM), Educause and  American Medical Informatics Association.

Jeffrey is also a member of CUPA - HR, and the American Council on Education (ACE) Executive Search Roundtable, an association of professionals dedicated to the development of best practices in higher education search execution.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelors Degree from Ithaca College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Jeffrey, his wife, and three children live in Dublin.  He is an active member of the Dublin AM Rotary club and serves on the finance committees of Prevent Blindness Ohio.
