Jeffrey Harris
Jeffrey Harris is the founder and Managing Partner of Harris / IIC Partners where he leads the firm's Higher Education, Academic Medicine and General Management practices.  Mr. Harris conducts senior leadership assignments on behalf of clients that range from higher education institutions and academic medical centers to multi -national corporations on an international basis.

In 2007, Jeffrey was appointed to the Board of IIC Partners as Director of the Americas.

Prior to establishing Harris / IIC Partners in 1997, Jeffrey worked five years for a leading retained executive search firm where he concentrated on search assignments on behalf of investment banking, corporate finance and financial services clients.

Jeffrey is a member of the Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Board Search Practice Groups of IIC Partners, American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association, Educause, American Medical Informatics Association, Drug Information Association, and National Association of Corporate Directors.

Jeffrey is also a member of Educause, CUPA - HR, and the American Council on Education (ACE) Executive Search Roundtable, an association of professionals dedicated to the development of best practices in higher education search execution.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelors Degree from Ithaca College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Jeffrey, his wife, and three children live in Dublin, where they are active in the local chamber of commerce and Dublin Arts Council. He is an active member of the Dublin AM Rotary club and serves on the finance committees of Prevent Blindness Ohio and United Way of Central Ohio.
